The Repair Program
Garments are meant to be worn and even the most durable pieces crack a little sometimes. A loose button or tiny hole on your favourite shirt is not the end of the world - or that shirt. We offer free repairs on all ASKET garments in our stores and you can order spare parts, no matter where you're based, to take care of it yourself or get help from your local tailor. REPAIR GUIDES
Sewing on buttons, fixing small holes, reattaching labels or fixing broken seams - all can be done quickly and easily with a basic sewing kit and some know-how. We’ve compiled repair instructions for our customers most common issues and if you need anything else you can always reach out for help.
SPARE PARTS
As part of our zero waste philosophy we don’t send along any extra buttons or hardware when you buy our garments. Instead we believe it is better that we send you what you need, when you need it. In case you’d like any extra parts to complete your repair we have everything in stock, from buttons and thread to zippers and fabric patches
PRODUCT DEFECTS
In the unfortunate event of a product defect we will of course help you out with the necessary repairs. Please register your issue via our returns portal and we’ll review and come back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
